Hardware & Systems Engineering Artifacts Contributor

About the role

Alignerr is seeking experienced hardware or systems engineers to contribute real engineering artifacts for AI training data. This remote, per‑submission contract lets you monetize existing project documents without creating new work.

Key responsibilities

• Submit two genuine artifacts from the same project – a requirements document and a final design document.
• Redact any identifying information (company names, customer details, proprietary part numbers) and note redactions in the metadata.
• Package the artifacts into a single .zip file following the required folder structure.
• Complete all metadata fields accurately and confirm you have the legal right to share the material.

Required profile

• Practicing or former hardware or systems engineer with real project experience.
• Discipline in mechanical, aerospace, electrical, materials, chemical, civil, controls, manufacturing, or systems engineering (software‑only projects do not qualify).
• Possession of project artifacts that can be shared legally – no active NDA, ITAR, or EAR restrictions.
• Strong written English for accurate metadata entry.
