Head of Business – New Site Launch

About the role

We are launching a brand‑new JAECOO site in Battersea and need a dynamic Head of Business to build the operation from the ground up. You will own the launch, shape the culture, and set performance standards for this flagship automotive retail location.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and after‑sales performance to meet profit and growth targets.
• Lead, inspire and develop a high‑performing team aligned with JAECOO’s ambition.
• Represent the brand within the Battersea community and across wider markets.
• Establish and maintain customer‑service standards that reflect the brand’s expectations.
• Communicate the site vision, set objectives and review performance with department managers.
• Develop and monitor business plans for all sales areas to achieve market penetration.

Required profile

• Proven experience running a dealership or automotive site.
• Builder’s mindset – proactive, strategic and hands‑on.
• Confidence launching new initiatives and leading change.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong leadership with a focus on people development.
• Commercial acumen to drive performance across departments.
