Head of FP&A

About the role

Equifind Group is hiring a Head of FP&A to report directly to the CFO and drive financial planning, forecasting, and commercial analysis for a high‑growth VC‑backed fintech. You will partner with the executive leadership team to provide insight that supports growth, investment decisions, and overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget, forecasting and long‑range planning processes.
• Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to deliver strategic financial analysis and commercial insight.
• Develop scenario modelling, investment appraisals and business cases for growth initiatives and fundraising.
• Own Board, investor and executive reporting, delivering meaningful financial and operational insights.
• Lead and develop the FP&A team while improving forecasting and reporting across the business.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Proven FP&A leadership experience in a high‑growth fintech, SaaS or technology company.
• Strong commercial finance, financial modelling and business partnering abilities.
• Experience supporting investor reporting or private‑capital‑backed businesses is highly desirable.
• Confident communicator capable of influencing senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
