Head of Operations - The Fund

About the role

Steven.com is building Fund II from the ground up and is looking for a Head of Operations to lead the fund’s operational engine. Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer, you will shape the processes, culture, and investor experience that will support the next generation of category‑defining companies.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the fundraising strategy and manage capital‑raising activities.
• Recruit, onboard and develop the fund’s team across investment, operations and support functions.
• Design and implement the operating platform, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Deliver a high‑touch investor experience aligned with the fund’s ambition.
• Oversee day‑to‑day fund operations, compliance, and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operations in a venture‑capital, private‑equity or high‑growth investment environment.
• Strong track record of building teams and processes from inception.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving, founder‑centric culture.
