About the role
Lead the marketing engine behind some of the world's most iconic mobile games. We're looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to join Supercell – someone who combines strategic capability and clarity, technical depth, and people‑first leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Shape the strategic vision and direction for Supercell’s Performance Marketing function, ensuring alignment with company and game‑level business goals.
- Lead and develop high‑performing Performance Marketing, ASO, and CRM teams, setting clear goals, fostering autonomy, and creating an environment where people do their best work.
- Build and maintain measurement frameworks, governance structures, and operational systems that enable the team to perform at their best.
- Partner with Game Leads, Marketing Leads, Data, and Finance to ensure marketing investment decisions are data‑informed, scalable, and business‑driven.
- Oversee media strategy and governance to ensure Supercell’s global marketing efforts are effective, efficient, and future‑proofed.
- Own CRM as a strategic growth lever, integrating lifecycle and retention strategy with user acquisition and long‑term business goals.
- Embrace AI‑powered campaign tools, using AI for workflow automation, creative production, and campaign optimization.
- Push boundaries, take bold bets, and support the team through risk.
Required profile
- Extensive leadership experience in performance marketing and media within complex global organizations.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, user acquisition, and product dynamics.
- Player‑first mindset, prioritising player experience over pure metrics.
- Portfolio‑level experience managing marketing investment across multiple games and lifecycle stages.
- Strong business and financial acumen linking marketing performance to commercial outcomes.
- Fluency in data and analytics, guiding strategic decisions with data‑science teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
- Diplomatic, emotionally intelligent leadership with empathy and clarity.
- Proven ability to build people and culture, coaching and empowering teams.
- Passion for games and building lasting systems.
- Self‑starter attitude towards AI, experimenting and applying AI in daily work.
