Head of Product Marketing

About the role

Synthesia, the world’s leading AI video platform for business, is expanding its product line to include interactive AI avatars. As Head of Product Marketing you will own the story and positioning for the entire portfolio, guiding how the products are presented to enterprise customers and driving market adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the platform narrative, ensuring consistent messaging across all product lines.
• Lead product launches, competitive strategy, and buyer research for Studio, the API, and future offerings.
• Own the messaging framework used by sales, web, and campaign teams.
• Manage and grow a team of five product marketing managers, hiring new talent and raising performance standards.

Required profile

• Experience building and deploying AI agents or automation tools that support competitive tracking, research synthesis, or launch operations.
• Proven track record leading a portfolio of products and scaling the associated product marketing team.
• Ability to set company‑wide positioning and craft top‑line narratives that align cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience managing senior stakeholders and complex programs.
• Strong partnership with sales enablement and capability to support complex enterprise go‑to‑market motions.
