About the role
We are seeking a commercially driven Head of Sales to lead the UK commercial function for a fast‑growing challenger brand in the better‑for‑you food space. Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will shape strategy, manage key accounts and develop a small team of National Account Managers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the UK sales strategy across multiple channels.
- Manage and grow relationships with grocery and key out‑of‑home customers.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of National Account Managers.
- Deliver sustainable revenue and profit growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and routes to market.
- Work cross‑functionally with marketing, operations and finance.
- Help shape the long‑term commercial direction of the business.
Required profile
- Experience managing major grocery accounts, ideally with out‑of‑home or food‑service exposure.
- Background within branded food, drink or consumer products.
- Current experience at Controller or Senior National Account Manager level, ready for broader leadership.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability.
- Experience mentoring or managing junior commercial team members.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growing business environment.
- Passion for health, nutrition, wellness or performance‑led consumer brands is advantageous.

- Salary £85,000‑£90,000 plus performance bonus.
- Hybrid working with 2‑3 days per week in a London office.
