About the role

Our client is seeking ex‑military personnel to join a specialist High‑Rise Services team operating across Central London and surrounding areas. The role involves external building maintenance and façade work on a variety of commercial and prestigious sites, offering a structured career path within a growing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out specialist external building maintenance and façade services on high‑profile commercial and residential properties.
• Work safely at height, following company procedures and health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Maintain equipment, report defects, and ensure all work meets the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with a tight‑knit operational team to complete projects efficiently.
• Represent the company professionally on customer sites.

Required profile

• Reliable, professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physically fit and able to perform active duties at height.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, undergo specialist training, and follow strict safety procedures.

• Full specialist training will be provided – no prior high‑rise experience required.
