Housekeeper – Luxury Serviced Apartments

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the high standards of cleanliness and presentation in our luxury serviced apartments at No.1 Apartments, St. Andrews. You will play a vital part in ensuring each guest enjoys a pristine, comfortable environment throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest apartments, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living areas.
• Change and launder bed linens and towels, ensuring they meet high presentation standards.
• Replenish amenities such as toiletries, tea, coffee and other guest supplies.
• Conduct detailed inspections of each apartment, reporting any maintenance issues or damages.
• Provide friendly, discreet service to guests, enhancing their overall experience.
• Collaborate closely with front‑of‑house and management teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.

Required profile

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, serviced apartments or similar environment is preferred but not essential.
• Keen eye for detail and pride in delivering exceptional cleanliness.
• Organised and efficient time‑management skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Team player who enjoys supporting colleagues.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
