HR Business Partner

About the role

As an HR Business Partner within Amazon’s People eXperience and Technology (PXT) organization, you will drive operational excellence and organizational health across assigned sites. Working directly with field and site leaders, you will translate business priorities into actionable employee‑experience initiatives and ensure a safe, inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Foster two‑way communication through Voice of the Associate, roundtables and GEMBA walks; manage engagement strategies, recognition programs and related budgets.
• Maintain a strong floor presence, conduct regular site walks, and partner with safety teams to uphold Amazon facility standards.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, predict challenges and implement proactive HR solutions, including adoption of AI‑enabled self‑service tools.
• Coach business leaders on people‑management practices, support change implementation and ensure consistent, fair application of HR policies.
• Lead community initiatives and collaborate with Public Policy and Public Relations teams to enhance site‑level employee experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders to drive employee engagement and organizational health.
• Ability to work onsite across multiple Amazon facilities and travel regularly within the region.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills to build trust and influence at all levels.
