HR & People Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a people‑focused HR & People Coordinator to support our fast‑growing, multi‑site organisation in London. You will play a key part in shaping culture, enhancing employee experience, and delivering people initiatives across several locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with employees across multiple sites.
• Lead engagement, recognition and wellbeing programmes.
• Support employee‑relations cases, including absence, grievances and disciplinaries.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and help attract top talent.
• Assist with onboarding, training, compliance and HR administration.
• Contribute to projects that strengthen culture and support business growth.
• Visit sites regularly to stay connected with teams and understand employee experience first‑hand.

Required profile

• Degree educated (2:1 or above preferred).
• Previous experience in HR, People, Talent or Employee Relations.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in understanding people and creating positive workplace experiences.
• CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) is advantageous.
