About the role
GEMS Education is holding in‑person interviews in Manchester on 25 October to recruit primary and secondary teachers for its premium British‑curriculum schools in Dubai, starting August 2026. Successful candidates will join a network of high‑performing schools recognised for outstanding inspection results.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑informed lessons aligned with the British curriculum.
- Inspire and support students to achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues and global partners to implement best‑practice teaching strategies.
- Contribute to the school community and uphold GEMS values of ambition, responsibility, courage, integrity, empathy and fortitude.
Required profile
- A recognised teaching qualification (B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE or equivalent).
- Passion for nurturing every student’s potential.
- Strong subject knowledge and a track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
Required skills
- Effective classroom management.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learners.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
