Internal Communications Executive

About the role

SiriusPoint is looking for an Internal Communications Executive to strengthen colleague engagement across the group. You will create and deliver compelling internal content, support employee‑engagement initiatives and help build a connected, values‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging internal stories, articles and visual content that celebrate success and reinforce culture.
• Maintain and publish content on the company intranet (SharePoint) ensuring information is easy to find and up‑to‑date.
• Drive adoption and activity on Viva Engage, supporting leadership visibility and colleague connection.
• Support the planning, communication and follow‑up of the employee engagement survey and translate results into actionable insights.
• Help design and execute internal communication campaigns aligned with business priorities.
• Manage the recognition platform to ensure consistent and effective use across the organisation.
