International Tax Manager – Senior Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced International Tax Manager (Senior Manager level) to join a fast‑growing tax advisory firm in London. You will work on high‑profile, cross‑border tax projects for FTSE‑listed and multinational clients, leveraging a technology‑enabled platform.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on international tax structuring and cross‑border transactions.
• Provide technical input on reorganisations, financing arrangements and supply‑chain structures.
• Lead the design and adoption of digital tools that enhance service delivery.
• Support inbound and outbound investment advisory.
• Analyse OECD initiatives such as BEPS and Pillar Two and interpret UK legislation and international treaties.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the global network and oversee technical deliverables and client communications.
• Contribute to business development, proposal preparation and mentorship of junior team members.

Required profile

• Significant experience in international tax advisory, preferably at a senior or manager level.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and mentor junior staff.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on OECD developments and UK tax law.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
