Investigations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Investigations Manager to join AVEVA’s Internal Audit team. Reporting to the Investigations and Intelligence Director, you will lead impartial investigations into potential breaches of law or company policy across our global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive investigations, drafting detailed plans and balancing thorough fact‑finding with timely conclusions.
• Conduct investigative interviews with emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.
• Collect, analyse and interpret documentary evidence and data from AVEVA systems.
• Provide regular progress updates and produce high‑quality written reports with evidence‑based findings and recommendations.
• Support the Investigations and Intelligence Director on high‑profile, sensitive or complex cases.
• Maintain strict confidentiality, personal integrity and discretion throughout investigations.

Required profile

• Several years of investigations experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of investigations best practices and relevant legal frameworks.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across a global, cross‑functional team.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel globally on short notice and adapt working hours across time zones.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Familiarity with PowerBI for data analysis.
