Investment Banking Vice President, Infrastructure

About the role

The Vice President will act as a senior advisor to infrastructure clients, helping them raise capital and execute strategic transactions. The role sits within Citi's Investment Banking division and works closely with the Institutional Banking team to deliver financing, M&A and advisory solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project and transaction execution, from origination to closing.
• Work directly with clients on financing transactions, guiding them through due diligence, drafting and preparation for equity or debt offerings.
• Collaborate with senior team members and external advisors on M&A and special‑situations deals.
• Prepare and review pitch books, information memoranda, investor presentations and management decks.
• Oversee the work of analysts and associates assigned to each transaction.

Required profile

• Significant experience in financial services, specifically within banking.
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Deep knowledge of corporate banking products, capital markets, derivatives, credit and cash‑management processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience dealing with large corporate clients and complex capital‑raising transactions.
