About the role
We are seeking a senior IT Service Manager to join a global financial institution undergoing an Agile transformation. The role is permanent, hybrid (2 days a week onsite) and offers a competitive salary of £85k plus bonus. You will act as a trusted partner to senior business and IT leaders, translating strategy into reliable service outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead service management across major incidents, change, problem and supplier management.
- Influence and collaborate with senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops to drive Agile adoption and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL/ITSM best practices.
- Provide strategic guidance on long‑term IT service delivery.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management.
- Extensive experience working in Agile environments.
- Proven ability to manage incidents, problems and changes at scale.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ready for a long‑term, permanent position.
