About the Role

Launch your career in the high-stakes defence industry! We are looking for a dynamic Junior/Graduate Project Manager to take full ownership of end-to-end project lifecycles. This is not just a coordination role; you will be the driving force and the primary face of your projects for global clients, bridging the gap between engineering, manufacturing, and finance.

Main Missions

  • Project Ownership: Plan and deliver multiple internal R&D projects and external client contracts from initial planning through to production and delivery.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Work hands-on with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure strict adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the key point of contact for global clients and provide regular, high-level updates to internal leadership.
  • Financial & Risk Control: Manage project budgets, forecast revenues, and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience: At least 1 year of practical experience in project management.
  • Certified professional: Official qualification in project management (APM, Prince2, or Agile).
  • Right to work: Must have permanent UK right to work (no sponsorship available).
  • Bonus: Degree in Engineering or experience in New Product Introduction (NPI).
