Knowledge Manager Product Owner

About the role

We are looking for a Knowledge Manager Product Owner to join VodafoneThree’s Consumer Operations team in Stoke. In this hybrid role you will shape the knowledge strategy that supports our customers across multiple sales and care channels, ensuring the delivery of exceptional experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for knowledge management solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Prioritise and manage the backlog of knowledge assets, ensuring relevance and accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement of knowledge processes and digital transformation initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on the impact of knowledge initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product ownership or product management, preferably within a telecom or digital services environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid setting, balancing office and remote work.
