Lead Door Engineer – £40k-£47k + Overtime

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Door Engineer to join a rapidly expanding service team in the West Midlands. The position is a Monday‑Friday, on‑site role with no on‑call duties, offering strong overtime potential and clear progression pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out service, maintenance, repair and installation of a wide range of door systems across a regional patch.
• Work on industrial, automatic, roller shutter, sectional, loading‑bay and commercial doors.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met on every job.
• Collaborate with the service team to deliver timely solutions for customers.

Required profile

• Experienced Door Engineer from any door‑system background.
• Proven ability to work independently on a regional patch.
• Desire for a stable Monday‑Friday schedule with no on‑call requirements.
• Motivation to develop skills through training and long‑term career progression.
