Lettings Manager – Streatham

About the role

Our client, a leading estate agency in South West London, is seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to take ownership of its Streatham branch. The role offers the chance to lead a high‑performing team, drive profitability and expand the managed portfolio while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Drive branch profitability and meet ambitious business targets.
• Generate new lettings instructions through market appraisals and strong client relationships.
• Grow and maintain a profitable managed portfolio, balancing rent collection and let‑only business.
• Lead, coach and motivate the lettings team to exceed performance targets.
• Monitor KPIs, identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with lettings legislation.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience that generates repeat business and five‑star reviews.

Required profile

• Proven track record in residential lettings at a senior level.
• Experience managing, coaching or mentoring a successful lettings team.
• Strong understanding of the local residential lettings market.
• Demonstrated ability to win instructions and grow managed portfolios.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and commercially minded.
• Full UK driving licence.
