Lift Service Engineer – North West London

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Lift Service Engineer to join our team covering North West London. The role involves managing a dedicated service route, responding to breakdowns and delivering planned maintenance for passenger and goods lifts. You will work directly with customers, providing technical support and ensuring high first‑time fix rates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own lift service route in North West London.
• Attend lift breakdowns and perform planned servicing and maintenance.
• Deliver service and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) work at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and advice to maximise first‑time fix rates.
• Travel throughout the coverage area to meet service commitments.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 qualification in Lift Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Lift Service or Maintenance Engineer.
• Relevant certifications such as J Modules.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Required skills

• Fault finding and diagnosis of passenger and goods lifts.
• Repair and maintenance of lift systems.
• Proficiency with J Modules.
• NVQ Level 3 Lift Engineering knowledge.
