Logistics Administrator

About the role

Lotus Cars is seeking a Logistics Administrator to join the Supply Chain Department at its Hethel manufacturing plant. The role supports material handling and ensures accurate receipt, processing and movement of parts across the site and to external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Process off‑site material movements using cost‑effective methods.
• Liaise with shipping partners and internal users to resolve queries and avoid delivery delays.
• Receive and process internal requests for part movements.
• Assist with collections and deliveries to customers throughout the site.
• Follow standard operating procedures for administrative tasks such as reporting and filing.

Required profile

• Experience in inventory management.
• GCSE level Maths and English.
• Proven experience using ERP systems and MS Office.
• Background in warehousing, planning, logistics or transport.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
