Machine Operator – Night Shift (10pm‑6am)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Machine Line Operators to run our filling and labelling lines on the night shift (22:00‑06:00). You will be responsible for keeping the line operating smoothly, ensuring safety, quality and productivity throughout the shift.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and oversee the filling and labelling line for the entire shift.
• Keep bottle and cap hoppers stocked to avoid downtime.
• Monitor machinery performance and maintain overall line flow.
• Identify rejected products or quality concerns and report them to Quality Control.
• Carry out basic operator adjustments and settings where appropriate.
• Escalate machinery faults or breakdowns to the Engineering team.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area.
• Follow all production, quality, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Collaborate with Quality Control, Engineering and Production teams to minimise downtime and maximise output.

Required profile

• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing, production or packaging environment.
• Experience with filling, bottling, labelling or automated production lines is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to identify issues quickly and take appropriate action.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently when required.
• Flexible approach to rotating night shifts.
