About the role

Management Accountant – Property Investment Group at a top‑50 firm. The role focuses on a single complex property fund client, offering a blend of management and statutory accounting within an inclusive London office.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare approximately 80 % management accounts and 20 % statutory accounts for the property fund.
• Lead specialised financial reporting, handling consolidations, refinances, disposals and liaising with year‑end auditors.
• Drive operational efficiencies by evaluating current systems and implementing innovative AI tools.
• Provide day‑to‑day advisory and technical queries for business owners and fund managers.

Required profile

• Fully ACA or ACCA qualified with proven experience preparing full management and consolidated accounts.
• Technical proficiency in Sage and QuickBooks accounting software.
• Hands‑on experience with complex property fund transactions such as acquisitions and refinances.
