Managing Consultant – Education Recruitment

About the role

Milk Education is seeking an experienced 360 education recruiter to join our new Guildford office as a Managing Consultant. You will lead the recruitment desk for Primary, Secondary and SEND schools, driving growth and building lasting relationships with educational institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale a dedicated desk covering Primary, Secondary and SEND sectors.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with schools and educators.
• Drive business development and expand Milk Education’s market presence.
• Place high‑quality candidates into roles where they can thrive.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
• Progress towards promotion with a clear, supported career pathway.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a 360 education recruiter.
• Ambitious, results‑driven and ready to make an impact.
• Strong relationship‑building and business development mindset.
• Desire to grow into a managerial role and lead a team.
