Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join a thriving industrial and manufacturing team. You will optimise production processes, ensure high‑quality output and support the introduction of new products in a structured, professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to improve productivity.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve production challenges.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Analyse and refine workflows to reduce waste and optimise resource usage.
• Support the introduction of new products into the manufacturing process.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production equipment to minimise downtime.
• Document processes and maintain accurate production records.
• Recommend cost‑effective solutions to enhance manufacturing performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies and tools.
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
