Marketing Analyst – Fragrance & Beauty

About the role

The Marketing Analyst will deliver product and market insights that shape Chanel’s Fragrance & Beauty strategy in the UK. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and the F&B Director, you will turn data into compelling stories that drive business decisions and foster a data‑driven culture across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end insight projects, translating stakeholder requirements into analytical solutions.
• Design, build and maintain dashboards and reports that monitor product and campaign performance.
• Set and track KPIs, providing regular performance updates to the marketing team.
• Produce monthly market reports, competitor analyses and executive summaries for the F&B community.
• Collaborate with other analysts to combine expertise and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Develop and manage a data hub platform for product and market insights.
• Support team members in reporting and analytical skill development, including training on DecisionKey.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills for data‑storytelling to senior stakeholders.
• Proactive and collaborative approach to working across marketing, product and commercial teams.
• Experience in managing insight projects from conception to delivery.
