Marketing Manager (Hybrid, 12‑month contract)

About the role

This 12‑month contract position supports a financial services organisation during a parental leave period. Based in London with a hybrid schedule (three days onsite), the Marketing Manager will drive pan‑EMEA brand initiatives, partnership campaigns and next‑generation retail and investor marketing programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead co‑branded and partnership marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Deliver pan‑regional brand campaigns, conduct research and measure performance.
• Support retail and next‑gen investor marketing, including ETF and digital initiatives.
• Act as the marketing liaison across SEM, paid social and digital teams.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, manage timelines and produce regular reporting.
• Embed AI tools such as Copilot to improve marketing efficiency and insight.

Required profile

• Strong marketing background within financial services.
• Proven delivery across brand, digital, performance and partnership marketing.
• Experience working pan‑EMEA or internationally.
• Confident managing agencies and senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced interim/contract environment.
