About the role
We are seeking a Medical Secretary to join NHS Scotland and provide essential secretarial and administrative support to clinicians and multidisciplinary team members. The role contributes to the smooth operation of patient services by handling correspondence, managing records and assisting with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Provide medical secretarial and administrative support to clinicians and members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Handle routine correspondence, documentation and record‑keeping in line with NHS policies.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating information flow between team members.
Required profile
