About the role

We are seeking a skilled Multi‑Skilled Joiner to join a well‑established team delivering high‑quality repairs across Chelsea and Kensington. In this fast‑paced, customer‑focused role you will lead joinery projects while supporting a variety of multi‑trade repairs, ensuring each job is completed correctly the first time.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out high‑quality joinery repairs and installations on residential properties.
• Perform multi‑trade tasks to achieve efficient first‑time fixes.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate job records.
• Manage workload independently, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Maintain vehicle, tools and stock in good condition.
• Participate in an on‑call rota with a weekly allowance.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent) in joinery.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Proven joinery expertise with multi‑trade experience.
• Experience in customer‑facing, target‑driven environments.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on site.
• Understanding of health & safety practices.
• Access to personal power tools.
