Neighbourhood Housing Officer

About the role
Prima Group is seeking a Neighbourhood Housing Officer to deliver front‑line, person‑centred housing management services across a small community of fewer than 300 properties. You will work directly with tenants, providing tenancy support, safeguarding, and anti‑social behaviour casework while helping to create safe, vibrant and sustainable neighbourhoods.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for tenants, building strong relationships to sustain tenancies and promote community involvement.
- Provide tenancy support, including financial wellbeing advice, payment agreements and regular property visits.
- Manage anti‑social behaviour and safeguarding cases, taking appropriate enforcement action when needed.
- Oversee the empty‑homes process and ensure new tenants receive the necessary support and information.
- Monitor service‑charge contractor performance and collaborate with the assets team on maintenance issues.
What we offer
- Salary of £35,984 per year plus an Employee Cost Allowance of £1,460.
- Flexible hybrid working arrangements between home and Prima offices (Columbus Quay or Twickenham Drive).
