About the role
The ESG Investor Network is seeking a proactive Office & Facilities Manager to lead the daily operations of its Central London office. You will be the face of the workplace, ensuring a seamless, professional environment for employees, clients, and visitors while supporting the company’s ESG mission.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, including supplies, meeting coordination, catering, onboarding, and logistics.
- Manage facilities functions: maintenance, repairs, contractor coordination, supplier relationships, and health & safety compliance.
- Provide a welcoming front‑of‑house experience, handling reception duties and visitor access.
- Support employee engagement by organising internal events, team activities, and culture initiatives.
- Deliver administrative support to leadership, covering travel arrangements, diary management, budgeting, invoicing, and office move planning.
Required profile
- Previous experience in office management, facilities, or workplace operations.
- Strong organisational abilities with capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of managing suppliers, contractors, and external vendors.
- Self‑starter who can work independently and solve problems effectively.

What we offer
- Competitive salary up to £50,000, based on experience.
- Permanent, full‑time role starting June/early July.
- Standard office hours (9:00 am – 5:30 pm) in a West End location.
