About the role
This permanent position sits within a high‑performing central strategy and operations function of a globally recognised professional services firm. You will work closely with senior leadership and partners on business‑critical initiatives that shape operational performance, governance, transformation and long‑term strategic direction.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior executives, partners and leadership teams to deliver strategic and operational initiatives.
- Manage multiple high‑priority projects simultaneously, ensuring clear governance, stakeholder alignment and timely execution.
- Prepare high‑quality presentations, board papers, briefing documents and reports for senior audiences.
- Conduct detailed business analysis using financial data, market intelligence and data insights to support strategic decision‑making.
- Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams, proactively managing risks, timelines and dependencies.
- Drive operational improvements, governance processes and best‑practice ways of working across the function.
- Support leadership teams with meeting preparation, strategic planning activities and executive‑level communications.
- Contribute to budgeting, cost tracking and performance reporting for strategic initiatives.
- Build strong relationships across the organisation to ensure effective collaboration and delivery.
Required profile
- Experience in strategy consulting, transformation, corporate strategy, Chief of Staff or similar high‑performing operational environments.
- Proven track record of working directly with senior stakeholders, including C‑suite executives, partners or board‑level leadership.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence senior audiences.
- Consulting‑style problem‑solving and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments where priorities shift quickly.
- Balance of strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and delivery.
