Online Elementary ESL Teacher (UK based)

About the role

Cosmo 1:1 is looking for enthusiastic elementary‑school teachers to deliver 1‑on‑1 online ESL lessons to students in Singapore and Hong Kong. The role is fully remote, flexible and paid per class.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized 50‑minute one‑on‑one instruction aligned with the Cosmo curriculum.
• Prepare age‑appropriate lesson materials and adapt them to each learner’s ability.
• Update your availability in the Cosmo app and attend scheduled sessions on time.
• Submit class feedback after each lesson and communicate professionally with parents, students and Cosmo staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience teaching K‑12 English Language Arts.
• Experience teaching ESL learners and familiarity with K‑12 ELA standards.
• Teaching qualification preferred (not mandatory).
• Fast, reliable internet and a Windows or Mac PC (minimum CPU 6000).
• Commitment to at least 6 months and 20 hours per week.
• Availability 8 AM‑2 PM GMT (Mon‑Fri) or 5 AM‑2 PM GMT (weekends).
• Quiet private workspace and current residence in the UK.
