Operations Manager – Field-Based QSR (London)

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing, founder‑led quick‑service restaurant (QSR) business in London. The company has expanded to eight sites plus a delivery kitchen and now needs a hands‑on Operations Manager to tighten processes across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Spend regular time on‑site coaching teams, supporting General Managers and setting operational tone.
• Ensure consistent standards for food quality, service, and overall operations across 4‑6 locations.
• Facilitate clear communication between sites and senior leadership, turning issues into actionable solutions.
• Oversee labour, stock and cost control, conduct weekly KPI reviews and drive profit‑focused decisions.
• Maintain and improve operational systems, ensuring they are used effectively rather than merely completed.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in a multi‑site or area operations role within QSR or fast‑casual food environments.
• Proven ability to lead General Managers or senior site teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with a practical, calm leadership style.
• Comfortable walking into a site, earning trust quickly and taking decisive action.
