About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with eye examinations and product enquiries.
• Maintain and prepare testing rooms for eye care appointments.
• Support the optical team in fitting and dispensing spectacles and hearing aids.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients.
• Help keep the store tidy and stocked with optical products.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for helping others.
• Strong listening and communication abilities.
• Team‑player who enjoys a fast‑paced retail setting.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in optics.
