Paralegal (Future Trainee) – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Paralegal to join a leading global technology company on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, starting July 2026. Working in a hybrid model from London, you will support an international legal team on a variety of employment‑law matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist internal stakeholders and legal colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.
• Conduct legal research and draft documents related to employment law.
• Prepare and review contracts, policies and employee communications.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with external counsel as required.

Required profile

• Previous paralegal experience in‑house or in a law firm.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to handle varied workloads in a fast‑moving environment.
• Confident communicator who works well collaboratively.
• Genuine interest in employment law.
