About the role
We are seeking a part‑time Receptionist / Front of House professional to join the London Global HQ of an award‑winning professional services firm. The role is a six‑month fixed‑term contract, working 21 hours per week across Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with flexible shift times between 7 am and 7 pm.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients in person and virtually, delivering a world‑class first impression.
- Provide hotel‑style concierge assistance, including arranging taxis, restaurant recommendations and other client requests.
- Manage meeting‑room bookings end‑to‑end, coordinating catering, AV equipment and any special requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key client meetings and events.
- Liaise with facilities, catering and technology teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support events and business‑development teams as needed.
- Maintain immaculate and well‑presented client areas.
- Resolve booking conflicts and competing demands with professionalism.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a corporate reception or front‑of‑house role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Comfortable working under pressure and handling multiple requests.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with a hospitality or booking system such as Condeco or Eptura (preferred).
What we offer
- Competitive pro‑rated salary up to £38,000 per year.
