People Operations Coordinator – HR Generalist

About the role

Join Lomond’s fast‑growing People team as a People Operations Coordinator. Based in our Liverpool Street office, you’ll provide first‑line HR advice and support a diverse portfolio of lettings and estate agencies across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver generalist HR advice on terms and conditions, policies and procedures, aiming to resolve queries promptly.
• Coordinate core HR processes including onboarding, off‑boarding, absence management and performance appraisals.
• Assist the wider HR team with complex initiatives such as restructures, TUPE, DSARs and collective consultations.
• Maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and other regulations.

Required profile

• CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards) is desirable.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience coordinating or managing employee‑relations cases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Independent, confidential and professional handling of sensitive situations.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
