About the role

Join a top‑15 UK accountancy firm’s Personal Tax team in Manchester. You will manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth individuals, partnerships and trusts while supporting junior staff and contributing to firm‑wide advisory work.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee your own portfolio of personal tax clients, including high‑net‑worth individuals, partnerships and trusts.
• Assist in the management and development of junior team members.
• Participate in firm‑wide advisory projects and in‑house committees as required.

Required profile

• Experience in a similar role within a practice accountancy firm.
• Strong technical knowledge of personal tax and confidence in client‑facing work.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills, with a proactive approach to personal development.
• CTA qualification (or nearing completion) and ability to review junior staff work.
