About the role
Sapphire is looking for a Post‑Sales Customer Success Lead to own the mobilisation of complex cyber security services from hand‑over to steady‑state delivery. Based in Glasgow with a hybrid schedule, you will ensure customers receive high‑quality outcomes on time and aligned to their needs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end mobilisation across multiple service lines such as SOC, consulting and advisory.
- Orchestrate delivery across SOC, VM, awareness, consulting, TAMs, DFIR partners and customer stakeholders.
- Establish governance frameworks, risk management processes, RACI matrices and escalation routes.
- Manage senior‑level customer communications, progress reviews and go‑live checkpoints.
- Coordinate technical readiness activities including threat modelling, integration validation and tabletop exercises.
- Define entry/exit gates, monitor mobilisation KPIs/SLAs and report status, risks and benefits.
Required profile
- Proven delivery leadership in post‑sales mobilisation of multi‑service cyber security programmes.
- Ability to translate technical detail for executive and hands‑on audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and governance experience.
- Comfortable managing multiple parallel onboarding workstreams.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
