Primary PPA Teacher – Whole School (EYFS–Year 6)

About the role
We are seeking an adaptable Primary PPA Teacher to provide high‑quality cover across the whole school, from EYFS to Year 6. Each day offers variety as you deliver engaging lessons and support continuity of learning during teacher absence.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lessons for Nursery through Year 6, adapting to individual pupil needs.
- Establish positive classroom routines quickly and maintain excellent behaviour standards.
- Support pupils with SEND, EAL and additional learning needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, teaching assistants and senior leaders to ensure seamless cover.
- Maintain continuity of learning during staff absences.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience or confidence teaching across multiple primary key stages.
- Highly organised, enthusiastic and adaptable.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with pupils and staff.
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management abilities.
