About the role
Hays Education is seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to provide flexible, day‑to‑day cover and longer‑term placements across a variety of welcoming primary schools in Trafford. The role is suitable for both experienced teachers and newly qualified teachers (ECTs) and offers opportunities from September onward.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver classroom teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 as required by each school.
- Provide short‑term and long‑term cover to ensure continuity of learning for pupils.
- Adapt lesson plans and teaching approaches to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Maintain a positive and professional classroom environment.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
- Strong classroom management abilities.
- Positive, professional and adaptable attitude.
- Commitment to creating engaging and effective learning experiences.
