Private Client Tax Senior/Manager – Central London

About the role

The role is for an experienced private client tax professional to manage a high‑calibre portfolio of high‑net‑worth individuals, non‑domiciled clients and family trusts in Central London. You will combine hands‑on compliance oversight with complex advisory work across a range of tax issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of private clients, including UK resident/non‑resident individuals, non‑doms and trusts.
• Review complex personal tax returns and ensure accurate, timely filings.
• Lead advisory and tax‑planning projects covering inheritance tax, capital gains tax, offshore structuring and residence/domicile matters.
• Support partners with business‑development initiatives and contribute to the technical knowledge base.
• Coach and develop junior team members to strengthen departmental capability.

Required profile

• CTA qualified (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in personal tax with a strong focus on private‑client work.
• In‑depth knowledge of UK tax legislation, especially non‑dom and offshore planning.
• Excellent interpersonal and client‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high‑quality work across a varied portfolio.
