Procurement Specialist – Public Sector Housing

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to support our growing public‑sector housing team. The role will involve delivering end‑to‑end procurement frameworks for housing clients and working closely with suppliers across the construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement projects from strategy development through to contract award.
• Run regulated procurement exercises, including RFPs, tenders, evaluations, negotiations and supplier selection.
• Ensure compliance with the Procurement Act 2023 and Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
• Provide expert procurement advice to stakeholders throughout the procurement lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients and suppliers, acting as a trusted procurement partner.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end procurement projects within a public‑sector or regulated environment.
• Strong working knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23) and Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR2015).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance.
