Product Packaging Designer

About the role

Harrods is seeking a Product Packaging Designer to create innovative, commercially effective packaging that reflects the brand and excites customers. You will work from concept through production, ensuring every package is visually compelling, functional, compliant, and aligned with brand strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop packaging concepts that meet brand guidelines and product requirements.
• Manage design projects from brief to final launch, coordinating timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with buying, marketing, and supplier teams to ensure feasibility and cost‑effectiveness.
• Guarantee all packaging complies with regulatory, technical, and sustainability standards.
• Continuously improve packaging based on customer insights, market trends, and business needs.

Required profile

• Creative, detail‑oriented designer with a passion for translating ideas into impactful packaging.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, handling multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Proactive approach to design trends and sustainability practices.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Solid understanding of packaging production processes, materials, and print specifications.
