Project Manager – Commercial & Healthcare

About the role

The Project Management team at RLB delivers commercial and healthcare construction projects from inception to completion. You will lead delivery, engage stakeholders and ensure projects meet time, cost and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of commercial and healthcare projects using recognised project management processes.
• Monitor progress, report outcomes and manage risks, opportunities and performance metrics.
• Oversee tender processes and contract administration, including NEC and JCT contracts.
• Lead multi‑disciplinary teams, coordinating design, procurement and construction phases.
• Act as the main client contact, building strong relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Degree‑qualified in a relevant discipline; professional accreditation (RICS, CIOB or APM) preferred.
• Proven experience delivering commercial or healthcare projects from concept to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction delivery, contract administration and consultancy or client‑side experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer‑service skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, team‑working and proactive attitude.
