Project Manager – Regulatory Change (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead regulatory change initiatives within a fast‑moving, highly regulated environment. The role sits in a broader change function and will coordinate projects that affect reporting, operational readiness and technology across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end project management for regulatory change programmes.
• Coordinate activities between technology, operations and reporting teams.
• Support design, development and rollout of new or enhanced regulatory reports.
• Drive operational readiness and ensure smooth change implementation.
• Track and manage risks, milestones and status reporting using established project tools.
• Maintain governance standards and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering projects in a change or transformation environment.
• Background in regulatory, reporting or operational change initiatives.
• Ability to manage cross‑functional stakeholders across business, operations and technology.
• Strong organisational skills with experience in risk and milestone tracking.
• Experience working in structured governance frameworks, preferably within financial services.
