Project Manager – Technology Services

About the role

Formation Tech is seeking a driven Project Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery of customer and internal technology projects. This client‑facing position operates with high autonomy, guiding initiatives from sales handover through to service‑desk transition while collaborating with technical teams and senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets are met.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and third‑party partners to achieve timely delivery.
• Maintain project governance, including reporting, documentation, and status communication.
• Manage risk, issues, and dependencies, escalating early when needed.
• Oversee change management, balancing commercial impact of scope adjustments.
• Act as primary customer contact, providing regular updates and fostering long‑term relationships.
• Ensure smooth handover to the Service Desk, guaranteeing continuity.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, client‑focused professional with strong autonomy.
• Commercially minded, able to contribute to project P&L, WIP control, and billing readiness.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior customer stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive projects to closure despite discretionary delays.
